Re-designing the identity of the Tennis Hall of Fame in Rhode Island. The visual system is built around the proportions of a tennis court, using the 'back and forth' action of the tennis ball as a motion cue. The shape of the tennis court is integrated into the word mark through a smooth modification of the 'n'. Starting with a word matrix, I brainstorm all possible visual associations with tennis, identifying iconic movements and shapes to build
a consistent illustrative style. Proceeding to draw out way-finding icons for the museum, signage, posters and print collateral.
